  I did not even get the service because Lori cancelled on me 15 mins after my appointment was supposed to start. Meaning, I had to drove from Chicago (Hyde Park area) to Grayslake, sat outside for 25 mins, called Lori twice, texted her, and emailed her before she repsonded via text that her daughter had been sick the night before. Understandable, but the right to do would have been to reach out to me to give me an advance notice, just as we are held responsible to show for the appointment. Now if I would have cancelled, I would have been charged. BUSINESS IS BUSINESS. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. She didnt even have the courtesy to call me, she hid behind the text. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

  Lori is an outstanding Colon Hydrotherapist! She’s funny, personable, competent and extremely knowledgeable. Whenever I visit her, I feel healthier and squeaky clean. She motivates me to improve my diet and take care of my Billion dollar body not just on the outside but on the INSIDE as well. Sometimes we feed our pets a better diet than ourselves – which one is more valuable?? From the start Lori has been organized and focused. I’ve yet to do business with someone so enthusiastic about her customers so that she can schedule you as early as 5AM so that you can still make it to work and go about your day! I wish you the best in all aspects of your life/business!

  For most people it is such an odd idea to go to a colon therapist...and yet Lori is able to put you at ease immediately with her engaging personality, professionalism and superior level knowledge! The environment at at North Shore Colonics feels cozy, professional, safe and sanitary. The results are amazing!!!! I haven't felt this good in years....I have complete confidence in recommending Lori and the services she provides at North Shore Colonics to anyone and everyone.
